Notes from the Teacher:
*Your child should be able to count objects and recognize random numbers through 40 and beyond, identify consonant and vowel sounds, and be able to read words from our 20 high frequency word list
*There will be 1:35 dismissals on April 3 and 17th.
*Our 20 Basic Kindergarten Words are: of, was, he, it, is, with, be, as, they, for, a, on, at, and, that, in, to, are, and you.
*Please pack an extra pair of socks in your child’s bag each night. The insides of our boots are getting wet with all of the snow that is melting. It is also a good idea to set out your child’s snow pants, gloves, and boots to dry each night.
