Notes from the Teacher:
*The kindergarten teachers will no longer tie shoes after Winter Break.  We would like to encourage you to begin practicing this skill with your child if you have not yet done so.
*2nd quarter skills we are working on:  Counting and number recognition 0-20/30, upper/lower letter recognition, consonant sound recognition, and patterning.
*Snow boots, snow pants, hats, gloves and warm coats are required when there is snow on the ground.  It is also a good idea to stick an extra pair of socks in your youngsters backpack.  ALL KINDERGARTNERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO DRESS FOR THE OUTDOORS INDEPENDENTLY.
* Mrs. Jenison, Miss Maas and Ms. Markwardt
