Notes from the Teachers:
*Please continue to reinforce at home what is taught at school:  name writing, letter recognition (Aa, Bb), and as many as, more, and fewer.
*Poetry notebooks should be returned by Thursday each week so the kindergarten teachers can get them ready for the following week. Please initial so we know that you worked on the poem with your child.
*As the weather begins to cool down, you may want to send your child to school with a jacket or sweatshirt in his/her bag.  Please continue to work on shoe tying if your child is not able to tie their own shoes.
*Kindergarten will be going to the Fort Dodge Apple Orchard on Tuesday, September 20.  Your child will need a sack lunch and a drink that day.

Mrs. Jenison and Ms. Markwardt
