Notes from the Teacher:
*We are no longer tying shoes.  Please continue to practice this skill with your child if they are still unable to tie.
*Now that there is snow on the ground, your child needs to bring snow pants, boots, and mittens/gloves.  We have three recesses a day unless the temperature or winds chill is below zero.  Please remember to send shoes in your child’s backpack so he/she doesn’t have to wear boots all day.
*Please continue to work on number recognition with your child.  They will be expected to know 1-30 this quarter.  If you need another set of flashcards, please let your child’s teacher know.
*1:35 Dismissal on Wednesday, February 1st.
